Customs and Duties
All international deliveries outside of the UK will incur VAT/custom duty charges upon receiving them, which is liable with the customer.
Delivery duties are not included in the item price when shipping to countries outside the UK. In most cases, any VAT/customs duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Usually couriers will hold the parcel for around 3 weeks. If the bill has not been paid by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us.
GUARDI has no control over these charges or the total cost, as VAT/customs duties vary widely from country to country. Consult your local customs office for current charges and rates.
Once the has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. We are not responsible for any delays that occur during the delivery or custom clearance process.
